FMP-X10 Netflix 4K App Crashes

The 4K Netflix application loads fine, but crashes when you begin playing a feature.  This starting happening about a week ago.  

 

I get 75 -100 Megabit service from Comcast and the Netflix network shows a solid 30mbps.

There are errors in streaming services if the firmware is not updated.
If the firmware is not PKG2.071AAQ, please visit the next link and follow the guidelines.

The software is current on the X10.  There are times a Netflix feature plays fine, but most times it crashes within 5 seconds of playing.

My Netflix worked better on the older firmware, since the 2.071AAQ release which added Amazon Video, Netflix can no longer play a movie (crashes durring buffering 90% of the time, within first 2-3 minutes of the movie the rest of the time.

 

Previously Netflix would occaisionally (25% of the time) crash out durring buffering -- but once the movie got going it would be fine.

Note: I have 300megabits of bandwidth and a great connection.

Note 2: Amazon Video works fine.

Jayford, in reading your replies it seems like you may have or think you have a solution, however, I can tell you that I am on new firmward and it is the firmware that is the issue, without any doubt, I have a second X10 that I dont have set to auto-update and it works fine.

 

Any help?
