This exact thing has happened to me. Identical location Did you manage to resolve it? I have an XBR-65X850D Bravia 4K 2015. Did you find any resolve? It's been just over a year of ownership from brand new. Can't believe it.

Turn off the TV.
Unplug the AC power cord.
Leave the TV unplugged for 2 minutes.
Reconnect the AC power cord.
Power on the TV.
