Remote does nothing for the tv. Checked batteries, checked for ir signal coming from remote, all good. Call support they have me do a factory reset now the ****** tv is stuck on the setup and can not be used. Call support back ask if they can do anything . Told it’s out of warranty so they give me a list of places to get it fixed. It’s barely out of warranty and if their products are going to fail just after a year save your money and buy another brand. Customer support is terrible and they could care less about the consumer that pays their bills.. so now I stuck with an expensive wall piece that does nothing...
