Bugs with a6300 that should be fixed:
1) Wrong aspect ratio markers for 1.85:1 and 2.35:1, they are much tighter than they should be when using the LCD monitor. This isn't the case with the EVF monitor view though.
2) Sudden Color shift. I looked over some footage and its just in low light for me, a blink and you will miss it but sometimes its really bad, completely ruins the shot.
Ok. So people have been complaining about these same issues for months now, and there's no fix. It really messes up the shots.
And also the last 1.10 update didn't fix any of this.
Please provide us with a software update and fix these bugs, we pay so much for your products,& in return we get these bugs free.

These have been issues since day 1 with this camera and yet after an update 6months after its release, the issues we'rent fixed and here we are with a new camera a6500 with the same exact aspect ratio marker issues and still not update for the old cam to bring the menus and all that up to speed as well. :-/ I was a firm believer in canon products but made the switch to Sony after canon stopped listening to its consumers and started created the same camera with 4 different names. Now Sony, isnt listening and fixing any issues for its cameras....what gives?
Thank you for your feedback.
For the wrong aspect ratio markers for 1.85:1 and 2.35:1, we have given this feedback to our engineers and they have acknowledged the issue. They are now considering improvements to rectify this issue.
Regarding the colour shift issue, do you have any YouTube videos or original content to showcase the issue? Could you also let us know what camera settings you have set? This will help us to further understand on the issue and symptoms.
