Hey Sony, what about the A7R?

So Sony, when will us A7/A7R users receive a well-needed firmware upgrade for shooting XAVC with S-Log? Every forum post I've seen regarding this issue; you haven't even attempted to resolve this issue. We know you're cheating us out of our money, these cameras are more than capable; yet you ignore us because you already received your money. Do something for us before you lose a fair amount of your customer base.

This is just my two cents, but I don't think everything you're asking for can be accomplished with a simple firmware update.

Re: Hey Sony, what about the A7R?

I literally posted about this a week ago. Sony will ruin themselves if they don't take care of their bottom line. They're so busy lining their pockets with these new cameras and gear but won't make sure their staunch supporters are happy. How trash is that..definitely behind you on this.

Re: Hey Sony, what about the A7R?

Don't you think that it's at least possible that shooting XAVC with S-Log requires hardware that isn't in the A7R?

The A7R has the same bionix processor as the A7R2. It was made dumb from the factory.

Re: Hey Sony, what about the A7R?

That's the processor. It's not the process.
