Can't register with Sony

I have a BDP-S185 that I'm trying to register with Sony so I can connect to NetFlix. I have entered the registration code on the Sony website, but I keep getting an error message that says: "Registration failed due to missing device SUIT. Please reboot your device and try again."  I have rebooted 3 times with no luck.

Welcome to the Sony Community.

This error occurs when you are trying to register the Blu-ray Disc player on the MyDash website or a different website. Make sure that you are registering the unit on the Sony Essentials registration website using the following link.

https://internet.sony.tv/customer
