Since a couple of weeks ago I started having problems with Netflix playback. I encounter one or more of the following issues 1-3 times per minute: - The video freezes momentarily - Colored squares appear on screen for several seconds - Sharp noise Usually the sound is clean, except for a few rare clicks.
I played the same movie on my PC and did not see these problems. There are no stream buffering issues. I did not have these problems when I first got the player (BDP-S570/BX57)
I am having the same problem. I visited C-Net and read reviews of the BDP-S570 and it seems it is a common problem. I recently purchased a newer model Sony BDP and it does not have any problems streaming Netflix. Neither does my WiFi connected PC. I have tried the S570 using WiFi and wired connections with the same results.
