Re-registering a used Sony Wi-Fi Blu-Ray player bdp-bx59?

So I bought a Sony Wi-Fi Blu-Ray player bdp-bx59, used.

We don't know the previous owner's information, and we need a registration code. When I go to "network" it says that the device is already registered.

We want access to things like Pandora, and NEED this code.
What do we do?
