UBP X800 Netflix hangs on NETFLIX screen

I got my X800 Thursday and have been enjoying all it's features. I had time so set up VUDU and Amazon Video which work fine but Netflix just sits on the red logo.

 

I looked for a way to clear app data but don't see anything like that.

I have 180Mbps internet and have no problem on my Roku, Apple TV, etc. Netflix never runs on the X800, just sits on the NETFLIX spalsh screen.

The player has the latest firmware, when it boots the first time it checks and pretty much makes you update.

 

Netflix literally sits on the NETFLIX screen. I can watch Netflix issue free using my XBR75910C & D, Roku Ultra, Apple TV, Sharp 70" TV from 2012, PS3, PS4 and a partridge in a pear tree.

 

I cannot get past the NETFLIX screen on the X800.

Thank you for verification of the firmware version of your Blu-ray player. We can isolate the issue by performing a power reset to your router and Blu-ray player. Kindly follow the troubleshooting below:

 

1. Power off the devices (Blu-ray player and router).

2. Unplug the power cord from the wall.

3. Let the devices no power (Blu-ray player and router) in 10 minutes.

4. Plug back in the power cord.

5. Power on the devices (Blu-ray player and router).

6. Let the router rebooting, wait until the light indicator stop flashing.

7. Connect your Blu-ray player to the router.

8. Check the status of Netflix application.
