Watch Amazon Instant Video

I have the Sony Bluray BDV-T57.  Cna watch movies on Netflix.  But unable to watch movies from Amazon Instant Video.

I cna get to the point where I can select a movie to watch, but when I select "Watch Now", the center part of the screen goes blank and "wheel" in the unpper right hand conneer spins rapidly.

I've contacted Amazon Tech Support, but they've not not come up with a solution.

Has anyone had a simlilar experience?  Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Re: Watch Amazon Instant Video

THX for the idea Charlie, I double checked the Essential website to make sure my device is linked, and it is.

I can navigate the Amazon website and see the movies that are available.  I can select one for viewing.  But the movie never starts.  It's now about 2 weeks since I first contacted Amazon about this problem.  While acknowledge the problem, they still have no solution.

Harlon,

Try the suggestions mentioned on the below support article:

http://www.kb.sony.com/selfservice/documentLink.do?externalId=C1028208

If the issue persists, try unlink and re-linking Amazon service. Steps to unlink Internet channel are mentioned on the below support article:

http://www.kb.sony.com/selfservice/documentLink.do?externalId=C1014520

You can again follow the setup instructions to add Amazon Internet video.

Re: Watch Amazon Instant Video

Erik, appreciate the suggestions.  Tried each one successfully.  I am able to log on to Crackle and stream a move.  But, when I return to Amazon, the movie I select still does not play.

I checked with Amazon again, but they still do not have a solution.
