DCR-TRV20 Video Transfer to Windows 7, 64 bit processor

I was able to transfer video file for a short period of time (2 months). Now something has changed and video camera is not recognized by Movie Maker program. Has anyone found a solution to this type of issue? Have read many posts and it seems there are many frustrated users.
