No matter what I tell the Customer Service, they REFUSE to HELP!
They keep on telling me that I need to talk to Gracie. That would be fine except GRACIE will NOT RESPOND.
I keep on telling the CUSTOMER SERVICE that GRACIE will not resond, CUSTOMER SERVICE keep on insisting that I need to contact GRACIE!
Sony has the worst Customer Service out there.
I asked the Customer Service to speak with a manager 10+ times, THEY REFUSE!
