WORST EVER EXPERIENCE EVER!! I received brand new headphones for my son's birthday which was a month back. the left ear had no sound so i called sony and returned the headphones to sony with fedex tracking: 790629176467

 

they asked me to wait for 10 ****** business days and for the entire time they kept saying: "its in processing, wait for 10 business days you will get update",  "its in processing, wait for 10 business days you will get update",  "its in processing, wait for 10 business days you will get update",  "its in processing, wait for 10 business days you will get update",  "its in processing, wait for 10 business days you will get update", "its in processing, wait for 10 business days you will get update".

 

now once 10 business days are complete, they are saying the warehouse hasn't even received the ****** headphones!! what the heck are you guys doing there?

 

each and every customer support person i have spoken has been so rude and non helpful. all they do is pass the buck on to the next person. i am sick and tired of following up. 

 

my son has been waiting for these headphones. i couldn't even give him a nice birthday present. YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST!!!

why are you asking me for the receipt??? i sent it already with the box when i returned it.

 

check the event id: E64780004. And why do you want me to do private messages?

 

let everyone know what bad customer service sony offers.

as i said, i don't have the receipt. i sent it with the box when i returned it back to sony. why don't you refer to event id: E64780004????

 

every information is there. i have spoke to numerous customer service ppl and they have documented in their notes section each time i called them.

 

why aren't you referring to the notes section and stop harrassing me!!!

Latest status:

 

DAVE called me, gave me some accomodation number and told me he has put an order for a replacement. He will message me when it gets ordered with further details (tracking#)

 

i will update once I have further details.

 

DAVE has agreed to monitor this case closely and keep updating me with any new information he has.

What is the update here regarding the order you put in with accomodation number you provided?

 

Did it get shipped? what is its tracking number?

quick update. the replacement headphones arrived today. they work great. thanks for getting this done. you can now close this thread.
