Horrible experience

I purchased a Sony television 65 in. I started having problems with my sound, I contacted Sony and was told a replacement television was coming it's been 2 weeks no replacement television and no one to speak with. I'm unable to return it to the store because waiting on Sony my 30 day return has expired. I was told my upgraded television isn't really an upgrade, I'm losing features. This must be a joke. With this horrible experience I'm not interested in purchasing anything else in future from Sony
