I am looking to complain and email doesn't work

HI, I called Sony for an email to lodge a complaint about a recent experience I had with a Sony repair issue and now the email does not work. Would someone be able to assist? Best Regards.

I"m thinking consumers affairs,

there customer service,response, and honer, stinks.

they want to charge me over 500.00 for a camera that cost new 376.00.

and they wont tell me why.

I was a great believer that Sony has the best quality in terms of LED TV & other electrical items and therefore all 4 TV which I have purchased were that of Sony. I have purchased my Sony Bravia KDL-32EX720 in August'2012 and only after less than 4 years it has started showing lines on the screen , I have lodged a complaint with Sony India for repairing the same. Engineer from the authorised Service center in Kolkata (Neosa Electronic) have visited my residence and after seeing he said the the panel needs to be changed and a job was registered under the Job No.- J61736636 ated 21/7/2016 . An estimate of Rs. 15,900/- was given to me (Copy Enclosed for your reference), though it seemed to be very high I agreed to that and as per their request I have also given advance of Rs. 8000/- towards ordering of the parts. The said estimate was given only after checking the availability of parts at Sony India end . After one week time I have received a call from service center that your parts will take some time to be delivered and kindly wait for 7 days. I am surprised to receive a call today i.e on 19/8/2016 from Authorized service center that they don't have the parts available with them and I should  buy a new TV and can get 25% discount.This is ridiculous. If the Sony is not in a position to repair their products then why they are selling the same? Does it  mean sony products have got no warranty and the customer have to throw the same out once it gets out of order as Sony is not in a position to provide the technical support even though the customer have agreed to pay the full cost of spare parts along with  service charges. Who is at fault sony or Customer?  Now sony India is forcing customer to buy another TV and they will offer 25% discount, is this the way sony is working worldwide?. I Doubt but am i require to believe that ?

 

Sony should not loose its reputation instead they should replace the TV with new one with similar feature at the same cost of repair as they are unable to provide the technical support. How Sony India can penalize customer for their inefficiency or inability to repair the TV set.Is this their motto?. I don't agree to that and still have faith in Sony India Top Management. I would therefore request you to repair my current TV and charge me the agreed estimated amount or replace it with similar feature model against the agreed repairing cost as I am not at fault altogether. Further, IF Sony can't do that then I will request Sony India to pay me 75% of the current cost of same model TV cost and take back the TV from my residence.

 

I would therefore request Sony India top management team to immediately look into the issue and either repair or replace my TV at same agreed replacement cost or take back my TV and pay me 75% current market price.

 

I still have hope in Sony and expecting to receive a favorable reply from your side. In the Website they are showing the status of job that item collected for repairing but the same is not true. totally misleading. The Authorised service center is also not willing to give me anything in writing . I am totally confused that what I need to do now as no escalation matrix in sony. pl. .help me out
