After five unsuccessfull calls to Sony Product support and hours on the phone, I still can't reliably watch NetFlix. Netflix loads OK, selected show loads up as well and after it completely loads and starts to play ( 1-5 seconds) the show and NetFlix just drop off, with TV going back to cable. No error messages. NetFlix says a Firmware reset needs to be done. Sony can't or won't fix the problem. Have a good high speed cable connection and am wired to TV as extra insurance. All computers and printers work fine so no network issues. Sony says they have not seen this problem before? Am I just lucky?
