I purchased the xb50ap earbuds about 3 months ago and they were working fine for about 2 and a half months. The headphones had no issue or sign of damage at the time of purchase. I did not return the headphones within 30 days because I did not notice any problems in my 2 month use until recently, when I started hearing crackled sound and popping noises from both earbuds. I have contacted sony support on the phone but they said that they cannot provide me with any solution and that I should contact customer relations. I bought these headphone solely on the reviews that I saw online, saying that they last a very long time and they sound great but they are not functioning properly now even from normal use of 2 months. A replacement or repair of the product will be appreciated.
