I began a case (E64719862) almost a month ago because I had defective MDR1000X headphones that were still under warranty. I sent them back for a replacement and they were received by sony on 3/2/2017. I was told 7-10 days to receive my new pair and 2 biz days for shipping info. After 15 days of waiting, I still have not received replacement pair let alone even a shipping number. I've been dealing with am.sony.com and the 1-877-591-7669 phone number. After numerous email exchanges and two phone calls, I keep being told "our warehouse will send you the shipping information" and am getting nowhere. Please advise.
