I want to make a complaint about the systems and processes of the customer service team, specifically the Malaysian call centre that handles enquiries and complaints. Sony, like most large companies these days, deliberately make speaking with someone directly about an issue almost impossible.
This complaint stems from another issue I have in regards to an ordered product from seven weeks ago. I find it disappointing that my backorder has not been shipped yet the same product is now being advertised as part of Sony's End Of Summer sale.
I would appreciate a reply from someone at Sony who can help. Someone that can give a straight answer, think outside the box and not resort to following a script or flowchart when dealing with a loyal Sony customer.
