Re: Video file shows up on the camera but not SD card

Hi AlexHelpASAP & Ridgenriver,

Here's how to locate the videos:

For AVCHD video
1. Click the PRIVATE folder.
2. Click the AVCHD folder.
3. Click the BDMV folder.
4. Click the STREAM folder.

For Standard Definition (SD) video
1. Click the MP_ROOT folder.
2. Click the 101PNV01 folder.

You can also download and install the PlayMemories Home software to transfer contents from the camera to a computer.

If the images/videos recorded on a Memory Stick XC or SDXC memory card cannot be imported to the computer, please refer to this link: https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/32717/p/96211/kw/video.

If my post answers your question, please click the "Accept as Solution" button.

Regards,

-Anthony

Re: Video file shows up on the camera but not SD card

Thanks so much for your help!  I had recently switched from the HD video to MP4, without ever realizing that it would put the MP4 videos into another folder.  You've saved me hours of frustration.
