This isn't working:


Easy to reproduce, please fix it.


If you sell a product that requires something online to operate, please maintain the operation of the service for the life of the product.

Sony product (Dash) has been great... but the Sony support has been lousy! Never again buying something from Sony that is not completely standalone.

You say Sony is aware of the situation and working on it, but it's been a couple of months now.

Any updates?


Can you tell us what has been done up to this point?


This is a recurring problem with the Sony Dash website.


Please provide us with an update other than "we are aware".
