Requested URL was rejected

I see this message has been received in the past.  But I am receiving it consistently now.  I have tried different computers and differnt accesses to the Internet - with no change.  I receive the message after entering my "good" User ID and Password - "The requested URL was rejected.  Please consult with your administrator."  I would appreciate help from any source.  Thank you.

May we have the complete model number of your Sony device.

Sony - As you requested the fulll model number for my Dash is: HID-C10/TX U2.  I still receive the "Requested URL was rejected" message on any attempt to enter the site.  Thank you for your help.

Thanks for your assistance.  The instructions you referenced allow for the Re-Initializing or Restarting of the HID-C10 - there is not a procedure for Reseting.  I have recently Re-Initialized the HID-C10 - and still received the URL rejection message on my computers.  Do you want me to try the Restarting procedure for the HID-C10?

I'm receiving the same error message:

It has nothing to do with the Dash.  There must be a problem on servers that run the software to install and configure applications.

 

Sony Support, please investigate.

Thanks for the support - I agree the problem is with Sony servers - and no adjustment to the Dash device can help.

I have not received an update as of 29 December.  I believe the problem is with Sony servers for the Dash.
