HELP:Sony Dash HID-C10 - Failure to Authorize - Device and Suit Mismatch
Would you please provide me with the MAC address of your device. This address can be found at the bottom of the screen while the device boots and will have a format similar to this: 3M:444:FF:34

I did receive your PM and have made the needed changes. Please pull the power cord on your DASH for 10 seconds and plug it back in. If this does not resolve please let me know.
