Sony dash CNBC App Is not working...

The only app I really care about - CNBC Real-time News - is not working. Half of the time after startup, Sony's network server doesn't recognized my already-registered device and ask me to register my device. Whenever this happens, I will pretty much have to restart my Dash (re-registering doesn't work), and the other half of time, I get lucky where the network will recognize the Dash and actually load my channel.

However, even though it loads my channel, the only app - CNBC News - I have saved in my channel doesn't work. It just appears to be loading/refreshing forever, and no news is ever displayed! I mean seriously, this app is pretty much the only app that makes my Dash as valuable as it cost me!!

Is anyone else sharing the same problem or know what's going on? My model is HID-B70.

Thanks!
Mike

Your App may be affected by the recent server migration that occurred last week. Once we have more, we will let you know at the above topic . Unfortunately we do not have an ETA at this time.

Re: Sony dash CNBC App Is not working...

Would it help if I reset the device to factory setting and re register the Dash?

This app is still not working for me.

It starts, but displays 'undefined' with a spinning progress wheel (no change from before).

Re: Sony dash CNBC App Is not working...

Can't the Sony Dash support post announcements that gives us dwindling owners the info on what apps have been orphaned?

I'll miss this thing when it finally doesn't work anymore :smileysad:
