Hello,

 

I am trying to register my Dash and I'm getting this message repeatedly.  I get past the first part of the registration when I put in my registration code, but the next step, setting up the chumby account gives me the "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator." error.

 

I've tried this from multiple devices, browsers and different networks with the same results.

Any suggestions on getting this resolved?  I have a worthless device until I can complete the registration.  As I mentioned above, this is not an issue on my PC.  I've tried registering from 10+ different devices, PC, MAC, tablets, phones and several different networks.  The error is as follows:

Hello daswan,

 

We had seen some reports of issue previously but believe everything to be working correctly now. I just tested the sign up and registration proccess and was not prompted with any error. Please clear any cache or cookies from your web browser and please try again.

I am receiving this error trying to log in to my dash in the hopes of getting the photo slideshow I was using over a year ago working again.  I thought I'd try linking it to a different album in FB and see if it might work.  So very disappointed in the complete lack of follow through on this product which WAS just what I wanted.  I cannot find anything suitable to replace it with.  I won't ever invest in a SONY product again though after this experience of being left high and dry...

 

And did leap year come as a surprise? Cause it seems like there could have been some prep on that...

same problem with me. I cleared the cache of my firefox-browser with no positiv effect. Also using an other browser (Opera). Same problem: No login.

I too am struggling with this issue.  Clearing the cache does nothing as I knew it wouldn't...since this is a new laptop.  Also it is not my antivirus.  This is sony.  It is interesting...you type in the wrong password and it knows it...comes back with incorrect password.  Type in the correct one and you get this silly message.  Come on sony.  Fix this.

This issue has resurfaced.  Only responses from other moderators is that it has been identified and the support team is working on it (again).  It's been over a month!

 

Any ideas?
