When I try to log in to mydash web site I recive this error

Your support ID is: 16525602479755203741

 

It dones not matter what PC I use I have cleared my Cookies and cash same problem and I have tried it on mutapable systems all the same problem.

same here and have been unable to make any changes from the Sony Dash on saved theme either Smiley Sad

Still nothing even sony cant fix there own website

 

I have seen many other posts same thing.
