I guarantee if the Sony Dash website was fixed and I could login and create an account again, that the MAC address would be finally reset, since it seems like the server that they communicate with is down or something.

OMG,

 

Many of us have called technical support on this issue.

 

In the end I and others were told to send the device (at our cost) for hardware repair.

 

Which is nonesence as it is clearly a server issue.  The server has been down for at least a month.

See?  Down.  Been so for ages.

Dang Sony, everyone has been waiting and begging for the site to be fixed or atleast an actual update to the progress on it. It's been months. Can we get a reply on this other than "We are looking into it." ?! Please.
