I purchased brand new DPT-RP1, installed Digital Paper software on my Windows 10 laptop, software detected the DPT-RP1, no problems at all with the initial setup.
Then I had a Windows 10 problem on my laptop and had to reinstall from scratch which my IT department done it for me.
Then I reinstalled the Digital Paper software, but now software is unable to detect my hardware when I connect via USB.
-yes DPT-RP1 is powered on.
-USB ports are tested and working.
-also when I plug-in USB, I can see on software there's a 'wait' donut type icon for about 10 seconds, then nothing gets detected.
-I removed and reinserted USB cable and it does the same.
-I have books on my reader and I need to sync it back to the software.
can somebody please comment/help on this please, thank you.
