Complaint / Defective MDR-AS200/BQ Headphones

Hi - 

 

I purchased these headphones 3 days ago and have used them twice. On the second use, they stopped working on the left side ear. This is very disappointing for a brand new pair of headphones.

 

 

How can I return or get a new pair?

Who did you buy it from? If your item stopped working so soon, you probably got a lemon. The retailer where you bought them from should be able to exchange/refund. Contact them and tell them you want to do that. Most retailers have at least a seven-day money-back/replacement warranty. Most of them do 15-30 days, some even more. Just make sure to contact them immediately in case their warranty period is short. But you should be ok. Hope this helps.
