I'm living in Turkey. I've dropped my vol. up/down button while i was jogging 3 months ago. I took it to a service and they told me it's my fault. It was so sad to hear this from a sony service because i've trusted sony. I've just used the headset for 3 months after i bought it. It's a sport headset, right ? How could this be my fault ? I want a solution for my problem. Turkey services are not helping me. Please help me to solve this.
