Warranty

I received the Sony Wireless Stereo Headset as a Christmas gift in 2016.  The small rubber pieces that cover the power button and volume controls have both come off during use.  I am unable to control the volume or turn it on without those pieces.  I do not have a receipt, but I do have the information that came with it. Can I return them under the warranty?
