Windows and bluetooth bad audio

Recently I purchased the MDR-100ABN headset which works perfect with my Anddoid. When I try to use them with Windows 10 and Skype or similar applications the mic sounds really bad, almost like a robotic voice.

Anyone facing similar issues with Windows and bluetooth headsets?

Thanks

Might have a problem with your Laptop. Reinstalling / Updating Audio driver might resolve it. And, if it still continue, Check with oher headset.

Which driver? In device manager I have multiple audio devices for h.ear and standard realtek audio card.

Thanks for your response anyway.

Install realtek audio driver (Check the compatible version before installing).

Re: Windows and bluetooth bad audio

I updated audio and bluetooth driver from Dell according to my laptop and now microphone sounds much better. However I feel that if Windows was allowing to use better sound quality it would sound even better.
