HT-NT5 Subwoofer Not Linking

I recently purchased a Sony SBR55X930D tv and a HT-NT5 sound bar with wireless subwoofer. The subwoofer keeps unlinking from the soundbar. I perform the link described in the manual, but the subwoofer will not produce any sound despite the on screen prompt stating that the subwoofer did link.

Any suggestions?

Re: HT-NT5 Subwoofer Not Linking

My sub woofer would connect when turned on and then later disconnect from wireless for no reason. Green light on woofer on. Tried lots of things, called Sony, they had no idea. Finally moved the woofer to the 2nd channel on my router (Netgear R7000). I used the lower frequency to get everything working but put the woofer on the 5Ghz channel of the router. Worked like a charm!! Problem gone for over 6 months now Try it!!
