HI, bougth the 40W672E on 1/Sep/2017 and istalled on same day.
on usage, the TV got blackoout (no response ) on 3/Sep/2017 night. Do sony do this cheap products? do they test it or not?.
totally disappointed on the product.
then coming to service request, booked for service request on 4/sep/2017, till now no one give a call to addres this issue. whats happening there? do people working in service are all went on vacation?.
