SMP-N100 "The file is corrupted or unsupported"

Hello,
I have 15 days with this SMP-N100 device, and everything had run just fine until yesterday.

All of a sudden, it stopped reproducing all videos AND jpg files from my DNLA server. The only message I get every time is "the file is corrupted or unsupported".

I can see online stuff, though.

It doesn´t matter it is a DivX, a mp4, or a simple jpg, it cannot reproduce it!!! I even tried to connect my external HDD using the USB port, it can read the folders, the files, but the same message appears.

Please let me know how can I troubleshoot/fix this situation and if there is an open bug about it.

Thanks for your help.

P.S: my DNLA server is good since I was able to play several videos and pics from it for about 2 weeks.

Re: SMP-N100 "The file is corrupted or unsupported"

Hello,
Thank you for your post.

Since it was working. first thing would be to check the computer your DLNA server is on and make sure you are not experiencing a firewall problem. most security programs do not require configuration however a custom setting may be blocking something. we have a troubleshooting guide that should help you get started.
