Hello, I have 15 days with this SMP-N100 device, and everything had run just fine until yesterday.
All of a sudden, it stopped reproducing all videos AND jpg files from my DNLA server. The only message I get every time is "the file is corrupted or unsupported".
I can see online stuff, though.
It doesn´t matter it is a DivX, a mp4, or a simple jpg, it cannot reproduce it!!! I even tried to connect my external HDD using the USB port, it can read the folders, the files, but the same message appears.
Please let me know how can I troubleshoot/fix this situation and if there is an open bug about it.
Thanks for your help.
P.S: my DNLA server is good since I was able to play several videos and pics from it for about 2 weeks.
Since it was working. first thing would be to check the computer your DLNA server is on and make sure you are not experiencing a firewall problem. most security programs do not require configuration however a custom setting may be blocking something. we have a troubleshooting guide that should help you get started. http://www.kb.sony.com/selfservice/micr ... 0406858863
