Refer to the following link for possible troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/33085 Additionally, perform the network setup again.Set the IP address to a fixed setting.Set the Primary DNS on the computer to 220.127.116.11.Set the Primary DNS on the Sony product to 18.104.22.168.
