problem watching Amazon Prime

I have a KD-43x8305C, I have just subscribed to Amazon Prime - I am having an issue getting to Amazon Prime.

I select the Home button on my Remote Control (RC), I then select the Amazon Video Icon - I now see a screen with some narrative  a highlighted part showing 'Sgn in and start watching' or at the bottom eft of screen 'No thanks, start browsing'. I cannot select either only active key is the OK key. When selected I receive anothe screen which has 'Sign In' displayed top left, Return and Back bottom left and a window with 'Enter Your Code' (with a cose) centre left, highlighted centre right on thi screen is ; I need a new code'. Again the only active key on RC is teh OK key which causes a new code to be generated - Any advice or assistance on this please??
