the icon of Netflix on my Sony Bravia TV

the icon of Netflix on my Sony Bravia TV don't show it.... model kdl-32ex525.... i do all steps and registration.... but nothing appears.

Make sure that the TV is connected to high speed Internet connection and also latest firmware update is installed. Information about the latest firmware update for this TV is mentioned on below link:

Verify if Netflix service is available in your location. You can find the list locations on the below page:

I have the same problem. None of sony site link are working, here and in other posts (but netflix link)

Some displays a xml code, some do not exist...

Thanks for the message. For us to further assist you, please provide the model number of your TV. You may refer to this link to locate the model number. Just to verify, you are unable to access any internet application available on your TV?
