I have been trying to login to PlayMemories online via the website and the PlayMemories software and I don't seam to be able to, I have a an account but when I do it via the website it just sits at a 'loading' screen and then I try to do it from the PlayMemories Home software it just sits on a white screen (after entering my username and password). Helps!
I believe I have to merge my Personal Space Account and Sony Network Account but I am unable to do so, is there a step by step guide for this?
