Cannot Log in to PlayMemories Online


I have been trying to login to PlayMemories online via the website and the PlayMemories software and I don't seam to be able to, I have a an account but when I do it via the website it just sits at a 'loading' screen and then I try to do it from the PlayMemories Home software it just sits on a white screen (after entering my username and password). Helps!

I believe I have to merge my Personal Space Account and Sony Network Account but I am unable to do so, is there a step by step guide for this?

PlayMemories Online login screen works fine when attempting to login. Check your firewall settings on the computer or disable all together. If you need assistance contact Sony Support by clicking here: ... OR=CONTACT

Hi, I try to log into playmemories (photos) on my xperia z3 but it sends me a email link, which takes me to a page and asks me for my date of birth. Once I give the date of birth, it says it's the wrong date.
