Complaint with Sony E2 HDD

I bought Sony E2 external Hard Disk product for Rs 6,499/- from Flipkart and could not use the product for even 1 year. I've faced problem in detecting the device when plugged in to computer. I have raised this issue with Flipkart and they advised to contact service center. The service center had returned the product to me stating the issue is resolve. But still I face the similar problem. The product is still not detected when plugged in to any computer system. when plugged in the blue light keeps blinking. I had bought this product on 14.07.2016.
 
I had brought Sony product trusting the brand.
 
Now I have bought similar product from other company which is working very much fine.

Please run Windows Updates and install any outdated drivers for your computers especially the USB drivers. If you are connecting the hard drive to Windows 10 machines, try using a lower version of Windows like 7 or 8.
