I am thoroughly disappointed that Sony has decided to stop supporting the Dash internet clock. We paid well over $200 for this device and over the past few years, your support of this product has been appalling. Now you have the audacity to tell us all that in July, no information will be broadcast rendering the device totally useless. In most areas of business this would be considered theft but according to Sony, there is nothing you can do.
I can’t even get a hold of a customer complaint department to lodge a complaint. An upstanding company with any integrity would refund the purchase price to all of the customers who bought the Dash as they now have to replace the unit because YOU decided to quit supporting it. I guess you need my $200 more than I do, please note however that it will be a very cold day before I purchase another one of your products.
