Sony Alpha6000 timelapse savedata

Hey there, i made a timelapse with the PlayMemories App on my Alpha 6000 but when i try to import it to my computer the files are not viewable. the savespace is taken but no videos are in my folders. can someone pls help? ^^

Hi CalatiCCC,

 

To view or copy movie files created with the Timelapse app to a computer, import/transfer the movie files using the latest version of PlayMemories Home.

 

PlayMemories Home for Windows:

PlayMemories Home for Mac:

I am not able to install the programm, errorcode: 0101-1007-4032, its saying that it cant connect to the Network.
but thanks for the first answer. Are you able to help me with that?^^

Hi CalatiCCC,

 

The error code may indicate a disruption with the internet connection while downloading the program. We recommend using a wired connection to avoid signal fluctuations. You can try disabling both the firewall and antivirus software installed on your computer to avoid files from being blocked. You may also try to download the program without an internet connection
