I can't find my Model number in the list provided on the registration site.  My Sony Personal Audio system is CFD-570.

 

How can I register this product?

I have previously registered multiple Sony products online.

I purchased a new Sony Blu-Ray player and tried to log on to register it. I had some trouble, so I clicked on the Forgot Your Password? link. I received the email and used it to change my password,. Now when I try to log on, it tells me Your account is not confirmed.

 

How do I confirm my account?

Help me out

I cannot register any products either because it says that my account "is not confirmed"

I never received a confirmation email, but when I try to reset my password, I do receive an email

allowing me to change my password.

my registration email is F_111@hotmail.com

can you help me with this please?

Hello there,

I, too, am unable to register my product, because my "account is not confirmed." I've tried bringing this up elsewhere over the past few days, but I haven't received a response. As with the others, I never received a confirmation e-mail, but I have successfully verified my e-mail address - apparently that's not the same thing. A response would be greatly appreciated.
