How can I confirm that my product was registered?

 

  1. From the URL: https://productregistration.sony.com/
  2. Log into your product registration customer account
  3. Once logged in, your registered products should be listed within your Home screen (My Product Locker)
  4. From this page, locate your registered product – the locker is sorted by date of product registration (Newest - Oldest) and also shows the model number along with other relevant information
  5. If the product is not found within your product locker, the product will need to be registered

My product locker contains zero products. I call Sony and they have them as registered. 5th phone call this is a big hassle!

Last year on September 25th,I bought a Sony TV.Because that model was not listed I instructed to phone seome # in order to register it.

When I try to log into account registration,I get "account not confirmed",which is too bad because this the second Sony Tv I have bought,and a bluray player back in 2010,along with a fullhd tv,
