Missing Seller - unable to register

Hi,

 

I checked all the discussion thread and there's multiple question on this but no posted solution.

 

I recently purchase h.ear headphone and unable to register because the online retail is not in your list. How do I register?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding the issue on the name of "place of purchased", you may choose or manually type "other" on the list. If you are still having difficulties, please call our product support team, they would be happy to register the product for you.
