Retrieving product locker

I have confirmed with tech support that you have products registered for me, but I can't get the login to work to get to my product locker. Asks for email, I put in the one I have always used, error message says my userid isn't correct. Even tried the only other possible one, didn't help. Tried changing pw request, didn't send me an email to do so. I have two tv's and a camcorder. Tech support asks why I need the information - excuse me, I NEED for insurance purposes. He says my only option is to re-register them. YOU were supposed to keep all my product information proof of purchase. THAT is the purpose of registering! I have read multiple complaints regarding product registration, some of them never answered/solved. SOLVE THIS ONE, I should NOT have to post to a message board..
