While I have been an employee with Sony for 15 years, I feel as though I have been part of the Sony family since I was little... We always had Sony products. I remember my grandparents purchasing a Sony console TV when I was 5, and I received my first Sony Walkman as a teenager. Growing up on these products and loving them, I never dreamed I would become part of the company vision and it's still difficult to pick one product as my favorite (though VAIO and Walkman rank very high in my book). I absolutely love Sony, as both an employee and a consumer, and I am proud to be a part of this family.

Sounds of the Season

 

 The days leading up to Christmas can be very stressful. Last minute gift shopping, preparing for family to arrive in town, never-ending lines to see Santa, oh, how the list goes on and on...

Today, I decided to take a moment for myself and enjoy the sounds of the season! With my Sony Speaker Ball hanging on the Christmas tree, my favorite carols filled the room while I relaxed on the couch. For the first time this month, I was able to escape the hustle and bustle of the holidays and just enjoy the most wonderful time of the year!

I don't mean to put a spoiler on your post, but I'm getting desparate. Please refer to my post:

 

Event ID E60771965 ***URGENT***.

 

I'm blown away at the offer that someone from the Philippines is offering and I'm hoping you can shed some light as to why Sony isn't standing behind their product and leaving customers like me stranded with a $3k TV that only lasted less than 4 years.

Ref: E60837749 & E60736238 and numerous chat sessions.  This is the second time I am having to write this as my computer problem occurred while I was typing and had to start over.  I have been trying to resolve this problem for over 4 months.  My wireless network adapter goes on and off.  In December we spoke with Shaun (Supervisor) and he indicated that this was not an unknown problem.  He offered to send us a USB wireless network adapter, but we were out of the country at the time and told him that we would take care of it on our return.  When we called your support the said that I needed to send them proof of purchase and it would take about 2 hours.  I called back and they said that maybe in 2 more hours it would be posted, 24 hours has passed and they still can't help me and they didn't have a supervisor that could help me either.  I bought this computer from YOU  Sony Order # 0004300023276001, it is still under warranty.  All I want is my USB wireless network adapter that was promised me.  I have tried calling Customer Relations and get transferred to the same people in Manila.  I just want my adapter so I can work.  Is there anyone really out there to help?  Frances Morrison

Very good, but where is the 60m Marine case?

Good in all aspects. Whatever you want, you will find it in it. Super clear videos and photos. On the other side, No available accessories! No 60m Marine case ( with extra battery inside) I am surprised Sony did not think of that! If Sony makes that it will kill the competition

Dear Sony Customer Relations,

 
 
As a longtime Sony customer I'm writing this e-mail after experiencing problems with my own Bravia TV model KDL-32L 504. This Bravia all of the sudden developed bubbles (blisters) in the screen that are currently becoming opaque, affecting the screen definition badly. 
The Serial No is 4754789 adn I bought this unit in November 2011. I was expecting minimum of 7-10 yrs of good use for this TV, since my last Sony lasted beyond 10 yrs. 
 
I just expect the best from Sony in order to resolve this issue with my own unit.
