UPDATE:

 

Software update version PKG2.901AAA was released as an automatic system update and posted on the Support web site for download on May 11, 2016 for a brief period of time.

We recently received feedback regarding Amazon app not working issue after a firmware update. Our engineers are aware of the issue and are investigating thisWe recommend turning ON the automatic software update of the TV to install the update once it becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
