So haveing issues with the network connection with this tv (KD-65x7500d).
originally the app store and youtube worked with the network, now it doesn't.
Netflix and numerous other apps work fine the same modem is still being used.
when loading youtube/app store an error says not connected to the network.
although the tv says it is. I've tried both wireless and wired and 2 different modems same issue.
any idea why, or how to fix it.

Make sure the firmware of the TV is updated. Updating the TV to the latest software allows you to access the newest features and fixes specific problems.

The firmware is updated to latest version.
The local support is open 9-5 Monday to Friday. same hours I work. so this is the only support help available to me.
