Pandora app reboots TV (KDL-46XBR9)

We just recently noticed this. Running the Pandora app on our KDL-46XBR9 will reboot the TV. It will load the app and let you select a station, but when it tries to load the station it appears to start loading a song, then the tv shuts off and restarts.
This only seems to happen with Pandora so far.
Slacker, NPR and Netflix work just fine.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Hello Frog,
So far no other users have reported this to us, Might I suggest disabling all your stations and create a new test station? perhaps a specific station is causing the error. or test with another Pandora account. try unlinking your account in my essentials and relinking if that does not help.

Re: Pandora app reboots TV (KDL-46XBR9)

I am having the same problem except no stations load.  the app starts to launch and i get a yellow outlined box where there should be a station.  after a few minutes stuck here, the tv reboots.  all other apps working fine!  anyone know how to fix this?  i have updated the firmware, reset my tv to factory default, refreshed the apps, and unlinked and relinked the pandora app on sony myessentials.

Hi pmc1

Welcome to Sony Community!

You may need to perform a factory reset by following the steps on this linkPlease take note that it may take up to 3 attempts for a full reset to occur. Refresh the internet content of the TV.  If the problem still persist. Manually set the IP setting of your TV. Depending on how the device is connected to your network, select either Wired or Wireless. Follow the steps on this link for manually setting the IP address of your TV.

Thanks!

Jerome
